Brown cup
Instructions
Blend the Browns to make them become mashed.
Foam mounted the butter, add sugar, egg yolks, mashed chestnuts in and egg whites mounted to snow.
Cook for a few minutes in a water bath and then add the vanilla cream.
Pour the mixture into the cups and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream, chopped almonds and chocolate sauce.
