Stuffed duck
Instructions
Prepare the filling by combining into a bowl the minced veal, chopped ham, 1 whole egg, chopped parsley, grated nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Mix all, put the mixture inside the duck and sew with a string.
In a saucepan with the duck does not occupy more than 2/3 capacity and heated, place the duck and browned by drawing it until indori from all sides, then add the white wine, let it evaporate, add 4 ladles of water and cook moderatissimo for about an hour.
If the cooking is restricted add ladleful of water.
