Instructions

In a pan melt the bacon with the olive oil and butter, add chopped onions and cabbage cut into slices.

Make sure everything is thoroughly soaked in grease, pepper and 1/4 of a litre of water.

Simmer for 1 hour.

Clean the duck and fill with the mixture, veal and gilds in the oven.
