Mediterranean side dish with sweet and sour onions
Instructions
Coarsely chop a large onion and let it dry in a pan with oil.
Sprinkle with sugar and add a few tablespoons of vinegar.
Add salt, pepper and bring to a complete kitchen with a little broth.
