Instructions
Boil the beans, drain underdone and cut them into chunks.
Brown the butter bean sprouts, peppers washed away and filleted, sprouts, beans and corn.
Salting the vegetables and cook for 5-10 minutes on high heat.
Before serving season with chopped parsley.

- 350 g of bean sprouts
- 1 red pepper
- 100 g of green beans
- 2 spring onions
- 100 g of corn kernels
- Chopped parsley
- Butter
- Salt
