Chicken consommé
Instructions
Slice the carrot and chicken and put them in a pot, combine the beef and the egg white and mix gently with a whisk.
Stirring constantly, add warm broth.
Put the pot on the fire and boil at moderate heat for 45 minutes.
Strain the soup through a clean, wet cloth and well wrung out.
Pour the soup into a tureen and serve immediately very hot.

- 2500 cl of chicken soup
- 350 g of minced meat of beef
- 1 egg whites
- 1 carrot
- 1 leek
