Duck with peaches
Instructions
Grease the cocotte.
Melt the onions cut into 4 parts with lid then make Brown the duck from all parties.
Salt and pepper.
Water with half the Fruit distillate.
Give the flame.
Cover.
Let simmer for 1 hour.
Remove the duck from the cocotte.
Keep it warm.
Drain peaches and keep a glass of juice.
