Stuffed rabbit
Instructions
Clean, wash and dry a rabbit 1000 g in weight.
Then salt, pepper and fill it with chopped obtained with 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 clove of garlic, 100 g of salted pork meat and 200 g of wild fennel.
Mending and tie the rabbit and cook it in the oven already warm (150 degrees) sprayed with oil.
Serve warm over a bed of sliced tomatoes and topped with the cooking.
