Instructions
Cook for 45 minutes the whole rabbit 300 cl saltwater fish.
Once disossarlo warm and reduce the flesh into strips.
At the bottom of a bowl, arrange a layer of chopped rabbit, Sage leaves, garlic cloves, salt, pepper and oil.
Repeat the operation until exhaustion.
Let rest in a cool place for 24 hours and serve on a bed of salad.
