Duck with apples
Instructions
Dissosare duck, grind the veal and pork, Peel and cut apples into cubes.
Mix the meat with apples, thyme and salt and stuff the duck, then pin it so that the stuffing cannot leak.
Bake at 180 degrees and serve with cranberry sauce made with red wine evaporated in half and cinnamon-scented Blueberry.

- 5 apples

- 250 g of blueberries
