Put in a casserole 5 tablespoons oil extra virgin olive, celery, onion, carrot and smells (herbs).
Add salt, pepper and saute with 1 glass of wine.
Apart from FRY in a little oil the rabbit into pieces, add to the mixture, add the olives and continue cooking, occasionally adding a little broth.
