Roast rabbit (3)
Instructions
Cut the rabbit into pieces, after having washed and dried.
Put the pieces in 1 saucepan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, the garlic, sprigs of Rosemary and Sage tied bunch.
FRY until the rabbit is all nicely browned.
Then wet it with 1 glass of wine, salt, pepper and raise the flame for a few minutes.
Then remove the garlic, then add the broth and cook for 30 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 1300 g bunny
- Few sprigs of rosemary
- Few sprigs of sage
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 cl of broth
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
