Instructions
Fairies found in no butter of small pieces of pork belly.
When they are fried remove them and replace them in the saucepan with floured rabbit pieces.
FRY for about 5 minutes.
Squirt then with a glass of white wine and half of broth.
Put the pieces of fillet with a little salt and pepper; simmer for an hour.
Meanwhile, Peel the onions aside and let them soften in the butter, addolcendole with a bit of sugar; You then FRY in the butter croutons.
In the serving dish to accommodate the spring onions and Croutons, interposing the rabbit pieces with its sauce.
