Instructions
Drain and cut into small pieces the rabbit, season with salt and saute in a skillet with oil.
When will gold add chopped garlic, Rosemary, marjoram and anchovy fillets and chilli; Let it Brown again, add half a glass of white wine and a little less than half a glass of vinegar.
Cover and simmer until the wine and vinegar will be evaporated.

- 1 twig of rosemary
- 1 pinch of marjoram
- 1 bit of chili
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of wine
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
- Olive oil
