Instructions
Wash the rabbit with water and vinegar and let it soak for a night with water and wine.
Before using, wash it again and cut into pieces.
Let it FRY in a pan with oil, garlic, Rosemary and Sage for about 10/15 minutes.
Then join one of its regular wine, tomato, salt, pepper, lemon and capers.
Cook the rabbit over a low heat and cover.
Serve with vegetables or mashed potatoes.

- 1 rabbit
- 2 peeled tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 sprig of sage
- 1/2 cup of olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 clove of lemon
- Capers
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
