Rabbit with tomato sauce
Instructions
Place the cold rabbit in a pot that does not occupy more than 2/3 of capacity, add a compound formed from crushed tomatoes with onion, carrot and celery.
Put on the heat and bring to room temperature.
Close the lid.
Bake 40 minutes.
Serve with broth sifted.
