Instructions

Brown the rabbit with oil and garlic.

Cook for 1 hour, by salting and bathing with the broth.

Mince the liver and the heart of rabbit with sausage, sauté the chopped with garlic and oil, then add the lemon juice and 1/2 glass of water.

Cook for 30 minutes and pour the sauce over rabbit.

Serve.
