Instructions

Cut the rabbit into large pieces, wash it and dry it.

In a Pan fry the Sage butter, add the rabbit and roast at high heat.

Sprinkle with the 1 and the milk.

Cook for 1 hour on low heat.

When cooked add the juice of one lemon.

Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
