Rabbit in gin
Instructions
Brown the rabbit in oil, spray it with the liquor and evaporate.
Combine the chopped aromatic and the tomato paste dissolved in hot broth.
Add salt, pepper and cook for about 1 hour.
If you need to add more broth.

- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Sage
- Garlic
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 25 cl of broth
