Instructions

Drain and tie the roast duck and cook.

Remove from pan and add to the broth the juice of 1 orange.

It consumed on slow fire, pass the gravy to the strainer.

Dissolve the sugar with vinegar, add the roast and sauce the juice of other oranges.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Combine the broth, orange zest fillets steamed in water and curacao.

Serve the duck with the sauce.
