Instructions
Mix all ingredients.
With the prepared mixture filling a bottle to refrigerate.
Shake well before using.
Mix with fresh herbs.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 30 cl of low milk fat content
- 50 g of blanc battu (lean fresh cheese curd)
- 50 g of lean curd
- 10 cl of wine vinegar
- 5 cl of corn germ oil
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- To serve:
- Fresh herbs
