Instructions
Boil the broth with the starch, add the other ingredients and mix well.
With the prepared mixture filling a bottle to refrigerate.
Shake well before using.
Add garlic if you just pressed.

- 25 cl of fat-free broth
- 5 cl of olive oil
- 10 cl of red wine vinegar
- Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
