Tinsel with potatoes
Instructions
Sauté the garlic in a pan with oil.
As soon as it starts to Brown, delete it and add the chopped tomatoes, chilli and basil leaves, washed and dried.
Add salt and cook the sauce sweet flame for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and tuffatele in a saucepan full of salted water to a boil.
Turn up the heat and as soon as the water resumes boiling, put in the pot the tinsel.
When the pasta and potatoes will be reached, drain and place them in a soup-tureen.
Sprinkle the tinsel with the grated pecorino cheese.
Stir thoroughly and serve with the sauce, you will delete the chilies.

- 320 g of tinsel-type pasta
- 200 g of potato
- 1 chili
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 400 g of ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 6 leaves of basil
- 2 tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese
- Salt
