Jacques shells with the appropriate tool and extract the molluscs and the ' coral '; keep the concave part of the valve and dry.
Passed repeatedly the mollusks in the breadcrumbs.
Mince the garlic, Basil and parsley to dry and put them in a pan with olive oil, fresh focus; Add the fried clams and the ' coral ' and let them cook on all sides, stirring frequently.
After about 15 minutes to moisten with the wine, which will evaporate to moderate fire; then decorate with the lemon juice.
When cooked, spread the mixture into the shells and serve.

- 8 st. jacques shells
- 20 g of breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of basil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 lemon
