Clean the duck and put it in a baking dish with a knob of butter.
Simmer for 35 minutes.
Peel the pineapple, cut into slices and from each slice, remove the Center.
A part of the pineapple slices cut into pieces; These will lengthen the cooking duck sauce.
Remove the duck from the oven, place it in a tray, pour the cooking juices and adorned with slices of pineapple leave whole.
