Summer acciugata
Instructions
Toast the bread and rub it out with the garlic, then sprinkling it with a little olive oil.
Peel the figs and chop in Blender with anchovies.
Spread the mixture over the bread, then sprinkle with the chopped onions or sliced very thinly.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of homemade wholemeal bread
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- 400 g of ripe figs
- 6 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 1 fresh spring onion
