Salad shells
Instructions
Chopped tuna and place in a salad bowl with capers, sliced gherkins, olives cut into small pieces, chopped tomatoes and boiled peas.
Stir gently, then add the drained pasta al dente.
Dressed with an oil-based emulsion, lemon and salt.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of type pasta shells
- 150 g of tuna in olive oil
- 1 great ripe tomatoes
- 50 g of stuffed green olives
- 50 g of black olives
- 2 pickles
- 100 g of peas
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt
