Tasty shells
Instructions
Peel the tomatoes, cut them in half, remove the seeds and reduce them in pieces.
Put them in a cold pan with 1 oil, peeled garlic, Rosemary, washed and chopped, crumbled nut, a little salt and pepper.
Cook the tomatoes for 10 minutes, then pass them to the blender.
Put them back in the Pan, then add the lemon juice and cheese.
Stir for a moment on the fire with this sauce and drizzle the noodles cooked al dente.

- 500 g of type pasta shells
- 500 g of ripe tomatoes
- 1 nut
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Rosemary
- 1 lemon
- 50 g of grated pecorino cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
