Gorgonzola and pistachio shells
Instructions
In a pan melt soft focus the gorgonzola cut into cubes with the cream.
Chop the pistachios.
Pistachios blanched and mince.
Boil shells and when the pasta is cooked, drain and dress with melted gorgonzola, chopped pistachios and grated cheese.
Stir and serve.

- 300 g of type pasta shells
- 100 g of spicy gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 50 g of shelled pistachios
- Salt
- Grated cheese
