Baked monkfish
Instructions
Private fish slices of skin, rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, pour the chopped parsley and garlic, yolks of eggs previously chopped with a fork, the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly by mixing all ingredients.
Meanwhile, in a pan, heat the oil and dip the floured fish previously.
FRY for a few minutes on both sides until dorarlo, then, bring it in a baking dish greased with oil and sprinkle with the mixture.
Add a drizzle of olive oil and bake for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve immediately hot and crispy.
