Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, remove from heat and add the flour, making it dissolve well and avoiding lumps.
Then add the milk in which you will have already dissolved sugar.
Put on the heat and cook for a few minutes, then add the cocoa, always taking care to avoid the formation of lumps.
Let cool and then put the egg whites with a pinch of salt and beat in the egg yolks.
Add chocolate cream egg yolks and egg whites, spread the mixture into 4 cocottes (small Ovenware) butter and sprinkled with a little sugar.
Bake at 180 degrees already warm for 30 minutes.
