Watermelon alla siciliana
Instructions
Sifting through the flesh of the watermelon, combine the cornstarch, sugar and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Before serving add the pistachios and chocolate chunks.

- 200 g of sugar
- 80 g of corn starch
- 50 g of non-salted roasted pistachios
- 30 g of chocolate
