Asparagus cocktail (2)
Instructions
Boil the asparagus in the high and narrow pot, let cool and cut into small pieces rather small (only the tender part).
Diced ham, remove every particle of fat, and 2 slices of pineapple.
Mix all ingredients and place in 4 bowls on lettuce leaves.
Cover with mayonnaise, garnish with slices of hard-boiled egg and tomato and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
The pineapples must be natural, and not in syrup (in case of prepayment only that, rinse the slices with cold water and put them in lemon juice).

- 500 g of fresh asparagus

- 1 lemon (juice)
- Few drops of brandy
- 4 leaves of lettuce salad
- 1 tomato
