Imperial pineapple
Instructions
Cut the pineapple with a sharp knife, removing the top cover, which will keep aside.
Remove the pulp, then cut it into small cubes (the hard part) and put it in a bowl.
Squirt with a glass of rum inside the pineapple, then put the fruit in the coolest part of the refrigerator.
Dried nuts, boil them to remove the skin easily and coarsely in a mortar pestatele.
You soften the raisins in warm water, then lightly squeeze it between your hands and add, along with pounded walnuts, chopped pineapple, stirring well.
Remove the pineapple from the refrigerator and fill it two-thirds with ice cream.
Complete with prepared mixture and spread the whipped cream, you must escape from the pineapple.
Put on the fruit stuffed the cap removed and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pineapple
- 1 dram of rum
- 100 g of nuts
- 50 g of sultanas
- 1 ice cream for fruit filling (see recipe)
- 100 g of whipping cream
