Apple clafoutis
Instructions
Peel apples, remove core and slice them.
Arrange in a baking dish generously buttered round.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar then gradually add the sifted flour.
Melt 30 g of butter and add to the mixture along with the milk.
Mix and pour over apples.
Bake the cake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Allow to cool, spolverizzarlo with icing sugar and serve in baking dish.

- 5 golden apples
- 4 eggs
- 125 g of sugar
- 60 g of flour
- 25 cl of milk
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla icing sugar
- 30 g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
