Clafoutis of artichokes
Instructions
After cleaning the artichokes, cut into thin wedges and put them in salted water with lemon.
Prepare the batter.
In a bowl pour the sifted flour, add one egg at a time, stirring constantly with a whisk, dilute the mixture by pouring the milk slowly.
Add salt, pepper and add the chopped parsley.
Drain artichokes, Pat dry and place in a buttered baking dish, pour over the batter so that cover it.
Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees half an hour.
Pick it up and served in the same pan.

- 6 artichokes
- 90 g of flour
- 40 cl of milk
- 3 eggs
- Butter
- Lemon juice
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
