Pineapple with macedonia
Instructions
Cut the prunes, dates, cherries, diced or sliced.
Add the walnuts, orange or Mandarin slices, let macerate with sugar, lemon juice and cognac for 1 hour.
Arrange pineapple slices in small bowls, garnish with the fruit and amaretti, serve frozen.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 box of pineapple
- Black dried plums
- Dates
- Nuts
- Cherries
- Some slices of orange (or mandarin)
- Lemon juice
- 1 glass of cognac
- 100 g of icing sugar
- Amaretti biscuits
