Pineapple with cream
Instructions
After removing the ends and pineapple pulp, and also the central core, try to enlarge the hole scraping up to 7 cm.
Whisk together the extracted pineapple pulp and canned fruit.
Place the pineapple on a serving dish, pour into the hole, cover with whipped cream and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Then decorate with cherries and serve.

- 100 cl of whipped
- 600 g of fruits in syrup
- 100 g of cherries
