Instructions
Peel the onions, boil in salted boiling water for 10 minutes, drain.
Put them in a pan where you did melt half of the butter, add salt, pepatele and let Cook for 20 minutes turning halfway through cooking.
When the onions become golden brown, add the remaining butter mixed with a tablespoon of flour and wet with a little broth.
Turn up the heat, continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until the liquid is thick enough.
Place the onions on a serving dish and nappatele with the remaining sauce.
Serve hot.
