Instructions
Mince the ham fat and let it dissolve in a saucepan on medium heat along with the butter.
Add the spring onions with vinegar and a lot of water just enough to cover them.
Add sugar, a pinch of salt and cook for about 45 minutes in covered casserole.
At the end the gravy must be restricted so that the onions that frosting should be for brown sugar caramelization.

- 1 walnut butter
