Stewed onions
Instructions
Put the onions in a saucepan and pour in the tomatoes, cut into small pieces, salt and pepper and a glass of white wine; put the saucepan on the heat, bring it to the right degree of heat, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes.

- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 glass dry white wine
