Mushroom onions
Instructions
Remove the onions from a part of the stem.
Svuotatele, leaving a cm thick; Rinse and dry them.
Softened the mushrooms in warm water for 15 minutes; strizzateli and chop.
For 3 minutes, let them simmer in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, garlic and chopped onion flesh.
Keep by the cultivated mushrooms and chopped 4 others; Add the blended mixture in the Pan and cook for 6 minutes, basting with a little hot broth.
Remove the garlic and put Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Fill the onions with this preparation.
Arrange in a greased baking dish.
pour the hot broth all around.
Put in oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
10 minutes before end of cooking garnish each onion with a mushroom.

- 4 onions
- 20 g of dried mushrooms
- 1 egg
- 200 g of cultivated mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 glass of vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
