Instructions
Finely slice the onions and leave them soaked in cold water for several hours.
Saute the bacon with 3 tablespoons of oil, then add the onions, salt, pepper, Basil and simmer fresh focus.
Combine the tomatoes, cover and cook gently for 1 hour.
Stir in beaten eggs with the Parmesan cheese and remove from the heat, stirring well.
Serve with slices of bread.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of white onions
- 300 g of tomato pulp
- 70 == G Lard
- Basil
- 3 eggs
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Some slices of toasted peasant bread
