Ciorba (Bulgarian soup)
Instructions
To cook in the Pan 200 g minced meat with a little butter and add 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon vinegar, salt, pepper, 3 tablespoons of flour and 1 egg.
Make meatballs that are cooked in 1 l of meat broth for 15 minutes with 150 g of rice.
Combine 200 g yoghurt then slammed with 2 eggs, salt, pepper and the juice of 1 lemon.
To mix and serve hot.

- 200 g of minced meat

- 150 g of rice
- 200 g of yoghurt
