Pineapple cream (2)
Instructions
Drain the pineapple and cut the flesh into cubes.
In a bowl, whip the cream, add the icing sugar, fit again.
Add the lemon juice and a little vanilla essence and continue to whip until it becomes very thick.
Refrigerate the cream and pineapple separately for at least 1 hour.
Mix them just before serving and divide the mixture into 4 bowls.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 ripe pineapple
- 1 lime
- 300 g of fresh cream
- 4 tablespoons of icing sugar
- Vanilla essence
