Chocolates with mascarpone
Instructions
Mince together the biscuits and chocolates.
Mix the butter with the mascarpone, add the icing sugar and the egg yolk and stir.
Add the cocoa powder, cookies and chopped chocolate and the nightcap.
Knead everything, you'll have to get a hard enough.
With wet hands, form balls and rotolatele in finely chopped almonds.
Keep in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.

- 100 g of mascarpone
- 50 g of butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 150 g of biscuits
- 50 G = = cocoa powder
- 100 G = = Chocolate
- 100 g of almond
- 1 dram of brandy
