Cold chocolate
Instructions
Melt sweet focus chocolate with sugar and two tablespoons of water.
Stir every now and then.
When the mixture is smooth and creamy, remove from heat; Add slowly the cream and butter.
Pour the cream in cups and place in refrigerator.
Served with dried biscuits.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of chopped dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 20 g of butter
- 20 g of vanilla sugar
