Instructions

Wash the Orange and rind grattugiatene.

Diluted cocoa with some hot coffee.

Put the rest of the coffee, cocoa, rum, honey and cloves in a small saucepan; Add the orange zest and immerse the container in a warm water bath.

Stir and allow to infuse for 2 minutes.

Split the mixture into 4 heat-resistant glasses, strung in a cinnamon stick and serve without waiting.

This drink, and invigorating, it is ideal for cold days.
