Pineapple to the flame
Instructions
Clean the pineapple and cut it into slices about 1 cm.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the cloves and pineapple slices.
Sprinkle with sugar and let flavour, turning gently.
Pour half of brandy and let it evaporate.
Add the remaining brandy, flame and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pineapple from 1000 g approx.
- 50 g of sugar
- 20 g of butter
- 1 glass of brandy
- 2 cloves
