Chicory in a pan
Instructions
Clean the vegetables and then boil it for 15 minutes in salted water.
Drain and squeeze it well.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the crushed garlic, then add the chicory, salt and plenty of pepper.
Cook over high heat for a few minutes then lower the heat, cover the Pan and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil

- Abundant of black pepper
